Batoff Associates advises leading overhead door company, Bob’s Overhead Door, and its shareholders in connection with OnPoint Group’s acquisition of Bob’s Overhead Door.
Since 1984, Bob’s Overhead Door has been serving commercial customers from its Baltimore, MD, headquarters. The company is well-known for their team of in-house expert mechanics on-call 24-hours a day to ensure overhead door systems are installed correctly and functioning safely. The company also offers a wide range of high-quality commercial door products to suit applications.
OnPoint Group is the first national, brand independent service and equipment provider supporting manufacturers, retailers and distributors for all of their material handling and facility maintenance needs to achieve better productivity, safety and cost-control. Divisions include Miner, TrueSource and TFS, specializing in everything from forklift fleet management to forklift power, critical backup power, docks, doors, and other critical facility maintenance needs
