Kelly Benefits, one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing providers of benefits administration and technology, broker and consulting services, and payroll solutions, today announced the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Gettysburg Benefits Administrators, Inc. (GBA). A privately owned family-run business founded in 1979, GBA offers administrative, consolidated billing and benefit administration technology implementation services focusing on ancillary insurance.
The acquisition enables Kelly Benefits, a Maryland-based organization, to deepen its client base into Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Delaware, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia and Connecticut. This acquisition also allows Kelly Benefits to better serve its clients through strategic collaborative opportunities and the potential to further expand its technology offerings.
