He provides general counsel on a wide range of matters relating to real estate transactions, retirement and health benefits, executive compensation, regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, tax and estate planning, employment law, and corporate governance.

As a principal at Batoff Associates, Justin serves a broad spectrum of the business community, ranging from budding startups to international corporations, as well as tax-exempt entities, family-owned businesses, franchisees, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs in the full-range of business issues.

In addition to the practice of law, Justin leads the Tax & Succession Planning division of Batoff Family Office Advisory LLC, an affiliate of the law firm, advising clients and their multi-generational families on asset protection and wealth preservation.
